Well, a few month ago Thomas Reilich of Germany sold a Schiedmayer Dominator (picture below) for 3200 EUR. But this instrument was complete (with celesta!) and was in good playing condition. Only a few minor regulations and adjustments necessary.
Some years ago I was offered a Schiedmayer Scheola in need of restauration (but also complete with celesta) for 5000 Eur.
So I think for this ruin of an instrument offered here, 2000 EUR is already well paid.

It is absolutely an illusion. To reconstruct it would cost even more than a new celesta and that would mean 25-30000 EUR or more.
So better to wait for an intact instrument, if you want to use the celesta. If you are only interested in the art harmonium part, you can certainly buy this instrument.
