Amongst the plethora of pictures in Stuttgart and Wendlingen, at the last moment of my stay in Wendlingen, I noticed a bunch of instruments not yet placed in the exhibition room of the Schiedmayer Celesta GmbH company.
And one of a kind it is!
Time was precious (due to travelling) so I could only make a serie of pictures, and analyze them once at home.
What are we talking about?
A SUCTION 2 manual Harmonium with a 3 keyboard for Celesta.
About a year ago it was "found" in Scotland. And the owner donated it to the Schiedmayer collection.
Here is the stoplist of this peculiar instrument, fitting with tubular pneumatic stop-mechanism.
Next time I will visit Wendlingen I will make better pictures.
