harmonium d'art a vendre

I know someone who is thinking of selling his artharmonium of Balthasar-Florence
Does someone know how much it would be worth, if it is in good condition? (I know, difficult question..)

I still have to see the instrument, and I don't have photo's yet. But it looks a lot like the Alexandre art harmoniums.

it has double expression, percussions, forte fixes, forte expressifs, 54321 EG 1234567, without metaphones and prolongement.
