On my last trip in Belgium I came over this instrument, somewere in a formal church.
It is a harmonium made by Aleaxandre Rousseau.
On first site it looks like he took a lot of effort in it to make this nice instrument.
The plan is to restore this one. Never done before, so this will be an adventure!
Lucky to live in Holland, there are a few experienced restorers of harmoniums

The plates look like nacre.
The keys look like Ivory.
